Process Current values clear, responsible information handling. We value the privacy of prospective clients, employees and the people whose information may be involved in a project. This page describes the enquiry website as it operates today, and how we approach privacy when discussing future work.
What this website collects
When you request a demo, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, optional company number, position, email, phone number and a description of the workflow you would like to improve.
How we use your details
We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request and, where appropriate, arrange a demonstration or discuss a project. Submitting a request does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
Where enquiries are stored
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database using OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. The enquiry inbox requires sign-in and checks the signed-in email against the configured owner before displaying records. We don’t publish your enquiry on the website.
When email alerts are enabled, enquiry details are also processed by Resend to deliver a notification to our Google Workspace business inbox.
Employee and confidential information
Please do not enter employee payroll records, patient information, passwords, bank details or confidential documents in the contact form. This website does not provide a document-upload service.
Demonstrations begin with fictional or anonymised data. Before any project uses real business or personal information, we agree on the necessary data, permitted uses, access, transfer method and retention arrangements. Anonymisation should remove identifying information before it is shared.
A clear approach before a project begins
- Collect only what is needed for the agreed task.
- Define who may access project information and what they may do with it.
- Keep a person responsible for reviewing exceptions and consequential decisions.
- Agree on how information will be returned or deleted when the work ends.
These are project-planning principles. This enquiry website is not a production customer portal, and we do not claim that a future service has security certifications or healthcare compliance that have not been established.
Your choices
You can ask for your enquiry details to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use our contact form. Enquiry details are kept while needed to respond and discuss the request; contact Process Current if you want them removed sooner.
